Rejoice With Us

"REJOICE WITH US!"  was our Easter Camp for the Blind theme. The theme verse from the Bible was Philippians 4:4 --

"Rejoice in the Lord always: and I say , Rejoice."

Handi*Vangelism Ministries had an incredible beginning year and we want you to rejoice with us.

REJOICE! Ninety six (96) campers discovered spiritual renewal, excitement and relaxation during five (5) days of Easter Camp for the visually impaired. Twenty one (21) campers experienced Echoing Hills Camp Centre for the first time.  I wish you could have seen the glow on their faces as they sat down at chapel hall and walked their way through our special pavement walk to their various group studies.

REJOICE! Spiritual growth has always been a core value at Handi*Vangelism Ghana Ministry. This year, we did not see new ones making a decision to accept Christ but we believe many of them have their names written in the Book of Life, and I say REJOICE!

REJOICE! God continues to provide everything we need in His perfect timing. He provided a large sum of funds for our roofing project at the Children's Home at Haatso.

And, three different missions teams groups serve alongside our normal staff.

While we said "Goodbye" to Buddy Busch and his team from Echoing Hills Village, Ohio, we welcome Pastor George Searfoss and his mission team group from Hope Community Church as our recent group of missionaries from Pennsylvania - 19th to 29th April 2012.

REJOICE! And give God the Praise and Glory for all that he has done for us through H*VMI Camp Ministry.

REJOICE! As we look forward to the 2012 Christmas Deaf Camp season.

Throughout the year, we will serve over eight hundred (800) campers, retreats  and workshops for Persons With Disabilities(PWD's).  Plans for Christmas Deaf Camp are underway to make "LIGHTS" in 2012, our camp theme, with the theme verse coming from Psalm 119:105 - "Thy word is a Lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path."  Handi*Vangelism is primed to light Jesus into the lives of campers all the year.

Pray for all our staff, along with speakers and mission teams, that they will light in 2012. Please pray for us often, asking God to bless our ministry to people with disabilities. Can you please help us? Thank you for allowing God's Light to shine through your life and illuminate a beautiful pathway for others to follow.
