Searching For Significance

Have you ever contemplated your own significance in life? Or, perhaps in your ministry or life acquaintances, you have come across someone who is looking for some meaning in their life. Maybe the person finds significance in what they do, how well they perform or who they are in others' eyes. All of us at one time or another in our lives may have posed questions like: "Who am I?" or "What is the purpose of my life?" I hear these questions as I counsel and encourage others.

As believers in Jesus Christ, our true identity and significance is found in Him. Unfortunately, due to life circumstances and experiences, we lose perspective and become more concerned with what the world thinks of us and/or what we do for a living.

God desires that everyone see themselves as He sees them. He is our Creator and  He loves us unconditionally.
